When you choose to save a preparation note, American Vehicle Center stores the selected state, guide, checklist selections, name, email, reference, and save dates in this browser's local storage. The note lets you check and resume your preparation on the same browser. It is not a private customer account; someone using this browser profile may be able to access its local data.

The preparation flow is intentionally designed not to request VINs, Social Security numbers, card numbers, document uploads, legal signatures, or official application details. Do not enter sensitive information into a general preparation note.

Local browser storage can be cleared by browser settings, private browsing behavior, device changes, or user action. American Vehicle Center does not represent that a locally saved note will be available on another browser or device.

American Vehicle Center provides general educational and preparation material. It does not determine eligibility, interpret official forms for your personal circumstances, approve an application, replace a title, renew registration, submit a transaction, or act as an agent of a state agency.

Requirements can change and may differ by vehicle, county, ownership status, insurance situation, and other facts. Use the relevant official agency source for current information. If a situation requires legal, tax, or insurance advice, seek a qualified professional who is appropriate for that question.

American Vehicle Center does not collect payments, publish agency fee quotes, or process fees. Any state fee, transaction charge, insurance premium, or third-party cost is separate from this preparation experience and should be confirmed through the relevant official or authorized provider.

A preparation reference beginning with MM- is not an invoice, receipt, policy number, state confirmation, or proof that any payment or filing occurred.
